Set of 4 Lawrence Peabody for Richardson Brothers Company Dining Chairs

$900.00
Sold Out

These chairs are designed by Lawrence Peabody for Richardson Brothers Co. and were retailed at John Stuart. These captain dining chairs are curvaceous and feature a bentwood back that meet the arm rests with finger-jointed joints.

Dimensions - 22.5ʺW × 21.5ʺD × 30.25ʺH

Condition Details - These chairs are vintage so a base level of wear is to be expected. The wood frames are in well used vintage condition. There is fading, discoloration, and patina throughout the finish. There are also dents, scratches, and scuffs. The finger joints on the arm rests need reglued. The vinyl seats have tears, holes, and a bit of a sticky residue. We would highly recommended reupholstery. We’d also recommended the chairs be tightened/reglued during restoration. Please see photos for full details.
