Rude Osolnik Danish American Modern Woven Wastebasket
Late mid-century (1970s) woven wastebasket by Rude Osolnik is constructed out of Appalachian black walnut wood and handwoven cane. This piece was designed by Rude and made by students in the Student Craft Program at Berea college. Students had the opportunity to work 10-15 hours per week in the studio in lieu of paying tuition.
