Edward Wormley for Dunbar Display Wall Unit Shelving
Edward Wormley for Dunbar Concave Credenza and Display Shelves Wall Unit. This superior design by Edward Wormley combines the sideboard or credenza with open and closed glass shelving in a curve front wall unit often called the Superstructure. There is a Dunbar plaque on inside left cabinet. The piece comes with 2 brass Dunbar keys. The hutch is two pieces.
Dimensions -
The topper is 66” width x 19” depth x 56” height
The bottom is 66” width x 19” depth x 24” height
Condition Details - The item is vintage so a base lever level of wear is to be expected. There is scuffs marks dents scratches throughout the wood. There is chips to the veneer. There is patina and scuffs on the brass base.
There is black painters tape all along the bottom edge of the topper (pictured in the close up of chipped veneer photo). The glass is in good condition with minor signs of wear with scuffs and scratches. The right bottom cabinet’s push-to-close mechanism needs adjusted to work efficiently as it doesn’t pop open properly . That component will need to be fixed.
