The 1972 “Tizio” table lamp was designed by Richard Sapper for Artemide. This Italian post-modern lamp is built with counterweights allowing you to direct the light at will. That lamps adjusts with a push or pull of your hand. It is constructed from black coated aluminum, chromed steel, and a pop of red with the thermoplastic insulators. Makers mark on bottom of lamp.

Measurements listed are taken in the position of the first photo - 26ʺW × 30ʺD × 4.75ʺL

Lamps stands all the way tall at 46”.

Condition Details - This lamp is in well used vintage condition. Throughout the body of the lamp, there are chips in the finish, scratches, and scuffs. Wears consistent with age and use. The chromed stretchers have rust spots in oxidization. This lamp is in working condition although, with all vintage lighting, we always recommend rewiring.
